we start with a values and life alignment assessment to identify your three guiding lights for the next 3 months.​​ 

these can be concrete goals, like getting a new job, starting a business, increasing movement, or reorganizing your home.

or they can be mindset goals, like improving communication, building community, or working with your inner critic to boost self-esteem.

this helps with shiny object syndrome and feelings of being overwhelmed.

as long as we work together, your guiding lights can help you prioritize your tasks effectively.

then we check in on your confidence.. the secret sauce to life. it's crazy how it effects literally everything.

every client I've had deals with imposter syndrome or rejection sensitive dysphoria.

 

together, we figure out the steps to reach your goal and the mindset and habits needed to become that person.

we identify the tools and skills you need to make your journey as easy as possible (ai/automation anyone?) 

slowly, you will prove to yourself that you can follow through with your intentions.

hi! my name is harvey.
 

I'm a certified life coach specializing in adhd, holistic nutrition, and healthy relationships.
I've walked the path you're on and understand the challenges you face.

my challenges:
  • undiagnosed adhd, depression, and anxiety: I've been there, struggling to understand why my brain works differently.

  • frequent burnouts and abandoned projects: sound familiar? you're not alone.

my turning point:

college was a struggle. I barely graduated, relying on my writing talent and looming deadlines. this experience ignited my passion for productivity psychology and strategic planning.

  • built and sold a six-figure dog walking business in sf: proof that with the right approach, success is attainable.

  • corporate coaching operations and project management: gained valuable insights into organizational behavior and effective coaching.

​​Time: 3 months (12 weekly sessions total)

Investment: 1000 - 2500 sliding scale + tax

The sliding scale is on the honors system and designed to be inclusive and considerate of individual financial situations:

 

  • 1000: For those with lower income or financial constraints (e.g., students, unemployed, or underemployed individuals).

  • 1500: For those with moderate income (e.g., individuals with a stable job but limited disposable income).

  • 2000: For those with higher income (e.g., professionals with a comfortable level of disposable income).

  • 2500: For those with the ability and desire to invest more and to keep the scale for others (e.g., generational wealth / high-income earners or those who highly value mutual aid).


Flexible payment plans available for up to 85/week (over 12 weeks).
